CQ-6 is a granular, free flowing acid cleaner and surface treatment composition designed for use in the removal of light metal working soils, scale and oxides from copper base metals. CQ-6 may be used to clean or brighten other metals; however they should be tested first for any detrimental effects.

CQ-6 does not have to be diluted for use. Upon immersion, oxides loosen from tarnished metal removing all rust and scale. Immersed objects will brighten significantly. CQ-6 is sold in 25 lb. and 100 lb. drums.
